What is this??!

I noticed this white spot on my hen, its spreading very slowly, she is acting normal, eating drinking great, laying everyday, heres a picture...she is 7 months old , rhode island red, what is this?

It's possible that it is a fungal infection called favus. It won't hurt her to apply an antifungal such as miconazole (Monistat 7) or Lotrimin cream to her earlobe daily to see if it clears it up.

Just an update, I used the monistat on her and it worked like a charm, thanks again!
