What is up with this egg?!?!?

Look at this egg I found in the coop this morning! It was from either a black Australorp or a RI Red. Had to share.

Is it all hard or is the tip soft?! strange!!

I'd be interested to see what the inside looks like. It almost looks like two eggs got shell-coated at once.

The very tip of the narrow end is the only soft part.
