What is wrong with my chicken?

Hi you guys my chicken has been sick for up to 5 days now and hasn't eaten much. She has stopped eating and has been only pooping diarrhea. She isn't as active as she use to be but doesn't show signs of injury. She still walks around however her crest has collapsed and has turned into a dark red color. Her abdomen isn't swollen, she has no discharge from either her eyes or nose. Her crop hasn't been emptying entirely though. She still poops but shows no interest in eating she will peck here and there but not nearly enough to fill her crop. She hasn't laid an egg since June of last year and is going to turn 4 this year. I have been giving her antibiotics I think it has helped a little bit, but she still isn't eating. Can someone help me figure out what is wrong with my chicken she is a Rhode Island Red. She also still grooms herself and seems interested in random objects. It could be a bacteria infection but I am unsure.

I think the lack of egg laying points to a reproductive issue. At some point, she may have had an egg mishap and it could have started a bacterial infection in the oviduct. If her poop has yellow in it, this is further indication of a chronic reproductive infection.

Unfortunately, chronic reproductive infections are next to untreatable. But you may certainly try. I'm currently trying to treat a two-year old hen for this, and I'm having no luck at all. But we do what we can.

Sounds like it may be some kind of reproductive illness.
Rhode Island Reds are known for reproductive issues.

What have you been trying to feed her?

I have been trying to feed her yogurt, her regular feed and baby food.
