Just had mine a day, but they are about 7 weeks old. All I can say is they snubbed some leftover brown rice and later I tried sunflower seeds that are still hanging around. Picky picky. They might feel more comfortable tomorrow. I should have the coop done. I hope after they get acclimated they will start enjoying treaties.

ours really love earthworms and tomatoes, they turned their little beaks up at the yogurt though!

Ours will be 3 weeks old tomorrow and so far the one thing that i have found to be complete chicken crack is Romanian sweet bread. I had made several loaves for Easter and on a whim crumbled some to give them and they went berserk! They like oats/oatmeal as well, but nothing like that sweet bread!

My peeps fav's are definetly boiled eggs....Ohh my, they go wild, and when they see me coming, with the lil' dish in hand, they want nothing other than eggs. I have given them rice krispies....love to hear them when they are crunching them....although, kinda sqish them in the bag a little before I give them, and bread and oats!!! Worms are YUCCKY, as is yogurt!!!!

Mine will eat rolled oats but reluctantly. Their favorite is definitely any animal protein. Yesterday i nuked some fish filets that had been in the freezer a while. Even the babies, who are still nervous about scrambled eggs, went after it. Watermelon, tomatoes and canteloupe are favorites, but I bet they'd eat the fish first if I put them out together.

It looks like a feeding frenzy when I bring the bag of mealworms into the coop. They go nuts when we shake the bag. LOL

Mine love "sticky rice" (cooked), they act like a pack of ravenous piranha when I offer them a handful of it.
