Yes..Mine are separated because of mud and fencing issues. Although they are best friends and definitely enjoy seeing each other. It's cute seeing my Arab come up to lay down and Teddy my mini standing guard as he sleeps :hugs
My Arab Kupid will be 19 soon..:hmm

My mare is at a retirement facility with big pastures and two friends... She just turned 26. My last horse was half Arab half Standard bred... Awesome in harness but a great riding horse as well. I still miss him. Lost him to cancer ... sniff.

Woodstock is a cutie!

Only pretty to people who don't live it everyday..:p
Kidding it's pretty but gets old after a few months of dealing with the cold..:th

Not entirely true.

I grew up upstate in NY. No boys in my family so I got the job of shoveling out (before snowblowers). What I'm saying is I'm thoroughly acquainted with the downside of snow. Nevertheless, I've been in SoCal for 50+ years and still miss seasons and, most specifically snow.

Happily, I've also been able to live in BC where night skiing was just an after dinner impulse. I will keep the memory of floodlights on snow in the dark and silence for all my life. They're one of my treasures!

It's hard to get excited about Spring if you aren't on your last nerve from bare grey branches, grey skies and grey slush.
