What is Your Favorite Christmas Dish? (PARTY!)

Pics
What do other people look forward to eating at Christmas? Let's make this chat long! (foods my favorite topic aside from chickens!)
Great thread! At Christmas I look forward to having a bunch of dishes. Gotta love these:
  • Fillet mignon (rare) with horse radish.
  • Honey glazed ham
  • Scalloped potatoes with caramelized onions and gruyere cheese
  • Cheesy mashers with cheddar, sour cream, onion, and parmesan
  • Stuffing with mushrooms, celery, onion, and chicken liver
  • Green bean casserole
  • Dungeness crab
  • Fudge

My family immigrated from Italy in the early 1900's. One tradition we have is The feast of the seven fishes. On Xmas eve, we basically eat until we bust - 7 different fish dishes. My favorite is stuffed squid marinara on linguini.
Some day I would like to try this, it sounds delicious!
Then Xmas day - my wife ancestors are english - so we do a traditional english meal: Beef Wellington (tenderloin wrapped in pate, then baked inside a pastry dough.)
:drool Yummy! Maybe I'll be brave and try making it this Christmas.

Peanut butter is my favorite!

Ever tried peanut butter balls?
We make them every Christmas!
