What kind of pigeon is this?

I have two indoor pigeons, they live in a giant size rabbit cage that i line with pine pellets (horse bedding.) They get let out at least a few hours a day, drink from a glass rabbit bottle and eat seed.

I use a pigeon specific blend but you wont find it in a small portion at my supplier. In a pinch you can get dove seed from petco, it's a bit small for pigeons preferences but they will eat it. My birds get runny droppings when they eat a lot of pellets.

Single pigeons will usually become your friend over time and become tame.

I find it a bit doubtful that I will find the owner. I don't have social media and a lot of my neighbors are on the higher end of the age spectrum so they don't either. I will ask around to try to find out who owns pigeons but this one may be mine.
When you say you let them out, you just let them out into the house?

I wondered if it was feeling ok as it's mostly has it's feathers a bit poofy, like it's cold. Poop was whitish initially and now it's a tan brown color.

That’s a good sign. The pigeon could just be scared. Though, if you notice any more unusual behaviors, definitely ask about them.

Yeah they are 100% indoor pets for me, like you'd keep a parrot. Both are fancy breeds with decorative feathers that would get eaten by hawks if they flew outdoors.
