This is my little miracle bunny as of yesterday. It no longer fits in my hand. It is 4 weeks old tomorrow. I've been hand feeling it for over 3 weeks.

Yes. I said I wouldn't if it were a boy and the vet is leaning that way, but after bringing it back fr near death and hand feeding it, I will keep it. I love it so much!!

And it was a fish tank!

A plastic, like 2 gal fish tank for crying out loud!

i saw a duck that was full grown, raised in a landry basket! I tried to get the people to sell it to me, but they said they had someone whp wanted it. Poor thing! The little girl got the duck at school from one of those hatching projects. Could not believe the parents kept it in there, it wasn't as if they didn't have money for a pen. Makes you sick.
Oh, and one of my lionhead does is pulling fur for her nest!

Nest boxes are in 2 of my cages...no fur pulling yet...and I'll put nest boxes in the other 2 cages the first of the week.

Have you been to the poultry auctions? almost ALL the birds are crammed into small cages to be sold. I guess I see it as the last neglectful action before they are bought, and hopefully taken to a new home.
