What Sex is my Black Sultan

She is going on 4 months old , very talkative, cuddly she or he makes wierd sounds as if calling for my mom ,not crowing . I switched her for a different sultan hoping this one was a girl and ahe totally looks different from her brother but she has bright red horns spewing from her head and coloring aroind her beak. I know via online pocs the white females horns and beak are pale in comparison to boys. Is that the same with black ones?

You should post some pictures showing the whole bird form above, so we can see the length of the back and saddle region.

At almost 4 month old, this bird should already show shiny pointed feathers in the saddle and shoulder region in case it was male.

I cannot quite see this when looking at the pictures, so the OP can better inspect the bird "in person".

You are correct. It crows and has its bright red horns and waddles

I think pullet but this is a breed I am less familiar with. Where did you get one of the black variety? Those are very difficult to acquire!! I'm thoroughly impressed. Can you get pictures of the top of her back to be sure?
