What sex is this little one? What is it?

Hello all! Any input is appreciated. While buying my other Gold laced Wyandotte chicks, I got this one which was supposed to be the same. It is now 1/3 the others’ size, so I’m guessing a bantam got into the mix, but am unsure. It seems perfectly healthy and is a great chicken. The were born end of Feb/beginning of March. Ideas of sex? (Guessing male) Or condition/bantam status?

Gold laced Sebright cockerel - both sexes are henny feathered, with the comb indicating male or female. They are true bantams - there are no large fowl Sebrights.
