It sounds to me like you could use another incubator or at least a hatcher so that you won't find yourself in a staggered hatch dilemma again. Even an inexpensive still air incubator could be used just as a hatcher, and you wouldn't run into a situation where one group has hatched in the same incubator as eggs that are still developing.
If you still want to give those Muscovy eggs a chance to hatch - and it sounds like you do - why not see if someone nearby is interested in finishing the incubation or having a broody hatch them? You could leave them in the incubator with the other eggs and it would give you some time to find another home for them before lockdown.
