What time of day do your Hens Lay?

I've got one wellsumer that lays between 7 and 8. The rest lay before noon, mostly. Occasionally they'll lay later in the afternoon, but not later than 3 or so.

Ours lay mostly before 10, but we do get one holdout that will go to 1 or 2 in the afternoon.

Mine Lay From about 11:00 am- 4 or 5 p.m. I usually pick up from 7-10 eggs

One of mine lays before 10 am and the other lays right after her. The other have not started laying yet.

Usually my RIR lays about 10amish, and my BR 12am!

I really hope they are not laying at 12AM for it would be under the roost.

Really early. 5-6AM, as soon as the sun is up really. We used to be able to watch them lay around 9 or 10 in the morning, but they've obviously decided they want to be early birds.

I have 31 hens and they lay all day long. Some times in the evening too. They do come back to lay when they free range.

X2, fwiw. I even have one who will every now and then leave me an egg sometime after they go to bed but before 5/6 am when we open up their door....

Our ladies seem to lay in the afternoon. I am usually able to collect eggs between 2pm and 4pm.
