My little polish and my d'uccles are best friends!

Are there silver laced orpingtons? I just love silver laced, or blue laced red.

I presume your ignoring the Nankins?
I googled laced orps and all I saw were silver laced ones!
My only problem with bantam wyandottes and orps is that I must be careful and make sure they are actually bantams and not large... They are hard to findbd as bantams here

@SpotTheCat , Simone Roland ( @simonerol ) in Florida has Rose Comb Nankins. I just hatched some from her. @MROO in Maryland breeds Rose Combs to. @LisaMP breeds them, so do @Carol Thomson and @ChicksRoseburg . I think they breed Rose and Single Comb Nankins. I'm wanting to get some from Mary Ann Harley, but I don't know if she even still breeds them, so I wrote her a letter.

I emailed Rebecca on poultry show central, but didn't get a reply. Connie replied, but I can't afford her shipping costs. If I don't have luck with Mary Ann, I'm going to try to email Rebecca again. I'll wright her a letter if I have to. Her birds look very nice, especially for molting birds.

Sorry Pippin, not trying to hijack the thread!

I'm assuming Nankins are available in the UK, since they originated from England.

I don’t know, when I was looking for bantams I didn’t see any, they probably are available but rare/uncommon, but then again didn’t look specifically for them

Colonial Williamsburg (I dont think I spelled it right) also has them.

They are available, but hard to find. Simone's sometimes aren't laying good, so she only has them available at certain times.

Morning! I have Single Combs and shipped young pairs (at 6-8 wks old) all over the country this year. I finally hatched a group of chicks for myself last month, lol.

I Do have a couple of 2020 Roos still available for those interested in freshening their gene pool. Only cost is the shipping costs.

Otherwise I’ll have chicks/juveniles again next season. I maintain a waiting list And honor it.

Good morning! You have some nice looking roos! ❤️ I love their red/chestnut color!

I realized there's no way I can write her a letter if I dont have her address

Good news. Nails need to grow just a one more millimeter until I can get my d'uccles! By the time I get back home from holiday they will be long enough!
So @the_peanut_coop, it's nearly time for a d'uccle hatch a long!
I know seramas got more votes but I think d'uccles will suit my flock and environment more and @AngBantamLuv sent me a bunch of pics and I fell in love.
Seramas will be something I would want in the far future, when they can be housed in a warmer coop without bossy standard sized silkies.

Thank you everyone who voted and took part in this thread.
