that reminds me I got some top ramen to cook for them too. I usually put frozen peas, carrots and whatever vegetable peelings I happen to have on hand in the soup. Yummy

They don't get much junk food, but this morning they had leftover spaghetti along with their fermented feed. Thinking of cleaning out the fridge today and seeing if anything tickles their fancy. I only give leftovers to the 7 month olds. The 10 week old chicks are pretty limited as to what they get. Trying to get them a good foundation before adding in a lot of gunk.

As if I don't give the feathery ones enough treats, yesterday I got them a 25# block of compressed seeds/nutrients for them to hone their pecking skills on.
