I only had one soft apple left and I cut out the yucky part, mine usually will not touch cabbage, but I cut a small piece and hung it up, they did pick at it some...so maybe they were desperate

Yesterday went to the garden & there were Creasy Greens coming up all over the place and chickweed was growing and blooming so that's what they got yesterday along with a little boss.
Yes, winter is arriving here as well, sort of, highs in the upper 40's then down to the 20s at night so I'll have to turn on the water heaters before bed.

We lost most of our small crop this year to a massive wind storm. So pressing didn't happen this year. Cut the main stalks and fed to the cattle and saved the broom and seed stalks for chickens and next year's seed.

Need some seed for growing cane? I dried anough to sell.
