Just bought a huge bag of scratch for the chickens. They seem to be enjoying it

Mine got 2 slices of sourdough bread broken up, plus some carrot slices, broccoli, and cauliflower. They thought they were in chicken heaven! lol

21lnenne Mine breaks a few and eats them .But not often in over a year. I think they only eat them if they are broken.

I gave mine some breadcrumbs, and some iceberg lettuce so they could have some fresh green.

Bought some Alfalfa hay at TSC and stuffed it into my wire suet cage. They seem to like it and have picking at it all day. Trying to get some darker orange yolks and seeing if this will do the trick. How long does it take for something like this to show effects?
