What treat did your chickies get today?

Somewhere on BYC I saw oatmeal and greek yogurt for a protein boost. Since they seem to be molting and laying I started giving this the everyday. They love it. For 14 hens I make 3-4 cups once a day. I think each hen get 1 gram of protein fro it. They also get 21% protein egg producer. Can they get too much protein?

My girls got collard, kale and cabbage leaves; a few fresh green beans, blueberries and peanuts.

How about this treat we came up with. Mealworms, BOSS mixed then then put into an ice cream cone. I then pour just barely warmed bacon grease into the cones. Immediately then I put them into a foil lined freezer shelf until I give it to the girls.

Tried some peanuts today. They were already halved but think if little smaller they'd like them more. These were the rural king ones in a big barrel for bird treats

Sorry, my question was more of a joke. Basically in our school district anymore, you cannot bring nut products into the school. It's getting a bit out of hand.
