Ms. Country girl...? hmmm... yup, sounds good! lol. I believe I can be that country girl I want to be yet! yay! Ok, sounds good. I will PM you my info when you are ready for it. Thanks!

I'm sorry you had to cull all of them. I'm not sure i would have done that unless they started showing signs. However if it's what you thought was best for you so be it.

Thanks Jolyn. The main reason was because I know I mixed them too soon and my girls although did not seem as bad as the boys I did not want to take the chance of having any of whatever it was around my house at all! Especially since I want to "re-build" now and start over. It would be all for nothing to start over and whatever they had crept back up somewhere and I would have to do this all over again! Too everyone out there, please be careful when bringing home new birds.. I lacked the knowledge of proper Biosecurity and learned the hard way.

you did it! alright! you are a true country girl now! go chicken farmer!

you have been a good example of how to take care of your flock and practice good husbandry.

hope you end up with a great flock soon!

I respect you for making a decision on what you thought was right and following through. I am sure it wasnt the easiest thing! But you stuck with it.

Thanks everyone! Well, now I need to concentrate on Dis-infecting the coop and everything the birds came in contact with, and then I will try and find other hatching Eggs to go along with Speckledhens! BYC members, you guys are great! Thanks for the support. I am going out now to have a beer now. Ciao!

Today was a long Day of Disinfecting the Coop and every little thing my birds came into contact with! Let me tell you.. That took all Day! I used a Bleach solution inside of my Power Washer and Power washed everything until it was spotless! Then I took buckets of bleach water and soaked the coop down with it all! Cleaned all Feed trays and waterer's... now I am Pooped! My arms feel like Rubber.. Well, I had some time to look at the Diseases one more time online to see what closely fit my birds.. At first I thought CRD, but now I have discovered ILT and I think that fits my birds symptoms the best. Poor babies, I miss them so much and that Big empty coop outside sure is Depressing..
