Whatcha Making for Supper?

2-3 lb roast, or chicken breasts
1/4 cup juice of pepperoncinis and however many you feel like throwing in
Packet of ranch
Packet of onion soup mix, oopsie Not Italian dressing!
Few tablespoons of butter just slice them in, just a couple is fine
3/4-1c water or broth (broth makes it too salty for us so we use water)
Pressure cook on high for an hour. Wait at least ten minutes before releasing pressure (we just wait until it does so naturally)
When it releases put it on sauté
Remove meat add a cornstarch slurry, last night I did about 1/4c water and a couple tablespoons cornstarch
Whisk til it’s gravy and turn it off

We serve on mashed potatoes, rice, noodles, etc. I had it on a baked potato last night.

This recipe looks to be easy and forgiving.
