OMG, there ARE other people in the world sans Kitchenaids! Thought I was the only one. As soon as DBF makes an honest woman out of me, I'm hightailing it for Macy's to register for one.

sassy! just sassy, you are! whatev!

okay, ideas for those ingredients....

1. definitely a quiche in the making there, with some serious yum factor. everything but the sweet potatoes.

2. spinach salad with bacon & chopped boiled egg & roasted sweet potato and white potato wedges.

3. baked potatoes topped with bacon and cheese if you can scare some up.

4. roasted mixed veggies...carrots, potatoes & sweet potatoes cut into chunks, toss with olive oil, salt and pepper. roast until tender.

5. bacon and egg sammiches with carrot sticks for a super quick supper.

okay! everyone in the bus, we're going to kd's house for dinner.
can you share the Cuban bread recipe with us?

Since it is Ash wednesday I was reminded by my wife that we will be having fish sticks, mac and cheese, and baked beans.

Since it is raining now and I can't work on the henhouse, I will be doing the 'cooking"

A nice greasy burger and fries sounds more appealing.
