I fixed a small chuck roast with onions and red potatoes. nothing fancy I will take the broth and make noodles with it.

lol but I have seen some of the things that you cook on here and it puts mine to shame! I haven't made that much home made stuff in a while and dh is starting to miss it quite a lot . that roast falls apart it is so tender

Pot roast crockpot style, mashed potatoes w/ gravy, green beans sauted in garlic olive oil and corn. It was delish!
