Whats everyone doing for "earth day?"

So to celebrate earth day I will be building a composter. What are you doing if anything?

For snack I bought the kids tiny 2 inch plant pots put hummus in them, bought mini carrots stuck them in like they were growing, pokked a hole in the top and put in a peice of parsley. Family fun magazine has them

that's a really cool idea. I wish my daughter would eat hummus. I am the only one that eats it.
