What's going on with my chicks!

I hatch my own chicks here. Not sure what's going on. Im losing many a day. They show no signs til their dieing. I feed them gamebird starter because I have quail and pheasants in with them .

Just collected 5 died
this morning had 4
not sure what's going on. I put kick in chicken in their feed along with cluck n sea kelp as a treat.
I have been putting apple vinegar in their water also

Have you checked the temperature in your setup? I see that the majority of them are all huddled as far as they can get from the lamp...just thinking. Best of luck and hope everything turns out for you!

Lost three more this morning.
funny thing is their all dieing under the lamp. Had two more that wrre in the middle of dieing. Pretty soon I wont have any chicks left. Checked everyone for bugs and cleaned their brooder. No idea what's going on.

What is the temperature in the brooder? How old are the chicks that are in the brooder at this time? What are/did you use to clean the brooder? Have you used this same brooding setup with previous hatches and, if so, did you experience similar problems? Where is the brooder located (garage, basement, in the house, etc)? Have you been using the same bag of feed during this whole time? What do you clean your feeders/waterers with?

Not sure of temp I Use an 120 watt bulb. Chicks are around 1 to 2 weeks old. I use a scoop to scoop out shavings and then throw down new shavings. Their brooder is about two foot by three foot then three foot tall . When I clean the waters I use dawn soap. Brooder is located out side under a cover deck. Because the whole size of the brooders is 6 feet long by 3 foot deep

X2. Get a thermometer in there and check the temp. They appear to all be as far from the lamp as they can get. Chicks can easily die by falling asleep under a lamp that is to hot and just not waking up.

The other thing that can cause a mass die off very quickly is coccidiosis.

Just picked up 9 died tonight
moved heat lamp up as far as it can go. Right now temp is 84 ill check in a little to see how far it goes

I use a 250 watt bulb. Temp starts at 95 degrees, lowering it every week.

Don't take this the wrong way, but the area around the waterer looks wet and dirty as does the water. If I were you, I would strip out the bedding daily and find a way to keep fresh, clean water with them. No ACV, no nothing, just water. I'd also raise the lamp.
