What's happening with my rooster?

I hope he will recover fully. We had rotten neighbors many years ago that poisoned our dog but, we noticed he looked off, and rushed to the vet. He was able to save him. WE moved away as fast as we could get the house sold. Too many crazy neighbors out there - be careful please.

Yeah i should be careful next times, the cops has fined him, and rooster is fully recovered now, and thankyou for asking and all of us should be careful in those cases.
