What's in a Name? tell me the names of your chickens/duck/birds

I have chickens
Blue frizzles- Greyzelda, and Greyslyn (their color is Gray, so is the name) Greysyln is the mom.
NN-Nella (I name all my NN N names)
Old English bantam- Eaglet (She looked like a little eagle as a chick)
BCM-Ula, Abigal( a big gal)
Leghorns- Loni, Leni (I gave them L names)
Blue cochin/blue Isbars- Bluebelle, Dandelion, Darcy. Bluebelle is Dandelion's (white,yellow and blue,splash) and Darcy's (dark blue) mom.
Blue cochin bantam- Esmerelda (she is a light blue)
Blue cochin bantam/LO- Pip rooster (Esmerelda is his mom)
LO-Laney and Lydia
Blue Isbars- Isabella, Jemma, Mauve
Golden spizenhauben- Petra
BCM/LO- Paulene. Her mom is Abigal.
Ayam Cemani- Olive
Red Stars- Olivia, Oleander, Octavia
crested EE- Enid ans Elsa
Welsummer-Wanda and Wendy
Novogen-Nessa and Nadine

We have only named our chickens, as our turkeys all look the same in the 5 days they've been alive. There's no real method for naming, we just pick a name that suits the bird and run with it.
Tyranitar (male black sex link)
Sandy (female black sex linkless)
Little Red (female black sex linkless)
Buffy (female buff orpington)
The Vampire Slayer (female buff orpington)
Snake eyes (female fbcm)
Angel ( female white leghorn)
Luna (female EE)
Ham (female no idea wtf it is)
Mocha ( unk welsummer maran mix)
Tiny (female EE and the runt of the pack)

I would have named her The Chicken Slayer lol.

I love everyone's names!
I go between random names and names from movies, so out of my named so far ones I have
LITTLE JERRY SEINFELD golden sebright
ELAINE, golden sebright
NEWMAN, miller DE fleur bantam

MR.MERDLE(from little dorrit) a cross between my miller DE fleur and golden laced sebright ( I didn't stick to the Seinfeld theme because my sister kept calling this one and the next these names til they stuck)
EDMUND SPARKLER, a silver laced sebright I hatched from my sister's chickens
The bantam silkies in my profile pic I'm going to name after the cast from seven brides for seven brothers, so far I've named some:
ADAM PONTIPEE, (he's the biggest and kinda rotten)
FRANKINCENSE
DORCUS
BENJAMIN
I'm trying to wait on the rest to see whether they are male or female, I have 9 of them.

FRANKENSTEIN a brahma who had swallowed a needle when tiny but I was able to save him
THE CLINT EASTWOODS 3 easter eggers
MEAT BIRDS 2 cornish cross
DUTCHY named after the flying Dutchman because he's such an escape artist. I thought it was a blue dutch but it might be a blue old english game after all
UNCLE TONY named after my uncle who gave me some chicken eggs to hatch and the only one that lived out of 2 that hatched
FLIM-FLAM my adorable little frizzle cochin, she's a baby still.
All my other unnamed baby chicks I bought or hatched this year I am waiting to name until I know what they are because I'm eating or selling the majority of the roosters. So I'm cruel and call them my little chicken tenders or nuggets haha
Oh yeah and also
LORKEN A turken I hatched that I named after my sister lori, so lori +turken=lorken it's not a pure turken so I'm interested to see what he grow's up to be.

My son has named most of them. Chickens: KFC, turkey, floppy, jazmine, Oreo, cough, lil dipper. Casanova. turkeys: eleven, chicken, Rowena, thumper. Ducks: Josie dirt, freckles, wild child, mustache, mustache, black panther, bagera, gambit, Gemma, curly, Geese: maple, syrup, nala.

Black Panther??? lol.... I can see I predator messing with him lol

I like to name my birds names from the 30's-50's period, and names from our favorite old TV shows like Little House on the Prairie and I Love Lucy.
Naming things is my favorite, and I want them all to have unique, interesting names instead of things like Spot and Henny Penny. Not that those are bad, but the birds are all so beautiful and different the deserve cool names!

I try to find interesting or unisex names for mine if I am not sure of sex. but some times just old plain named pop into me head for some of them. lol

They all had to be old fashioned names. And they had to be flower names as well. Then they had to be just two syllables. I realize my husband and I are just way too OCD.

They have no feathers on their neck! I find them quite hideous I'm afraid haha but mine got tame faster than the others I hatched at the same time, maybe just because I got him alot more to show him to everyone.

I have another rooster that I just got that doesn't have a name yet. Does anyone have any name suggestions? (He's the one currently in my avatar)

I had a mouse name Ares it was a girl though lol. Your avatar Roster is handsome. Call him Mr Handsome or fabbio lol
