I'm a data nerd. I've been working on a database of weather stats dating from 1967 to today tracking mainly temps and rain for phx. Here's a graph of averaged monthly temps for "July" from 1967 through 2023. The red line is the trend line, and shows a gradual increase in that average over time (~1-2 degrees F).
What's it mean?
I dunno honestly. It's getting hotter, and that's all I can really show with this limited and localized data. But it's interesting nonetheless.
