14° snowy & very windy, temp to drop & only be high of 11 with -8 by night time. 2 days to go, then a warm up. I believe the warm trend will be enough to tap my trees. looking forward to fresh maple syrup... yummy. Good day all.

9°F , schlepped fresh water out to the coop and shoveled the girls out, also snowed last night , keeping the run door closed, I have a wind barrier stapled around the entire run. Silly chickens don't stay in the coop, I don't feed and water in the coop, probably why..
