28.9F here going down, supposed to be getting deep into the Mid-west winter freezer for the weekend- freezing drizzle, several inches of snow and possibly .2 coating of ice on paved surfaces. I'll probably just sleep through it.

19 F Thursday 7:09pm we are about to start REAL WINTER HERE with bitter cold temps and a vast array of freezing drizzle, sleet (what"s the difference?) major wind chills several inches of snow and a goodly amount of ice. It is what it is? Midwesterners are not sissies!!!

It’s 18* here, which is a lot better, Because yesterday it was 12*. Today we’re getting 8” of snow , which on top of the 5” we got two days ago and the 3” the day before that.
