Mine start out like that but that's only for a few minutes. Hubby makes them paths when the snow gets too high. This was last winter.

That wasn't much snow but they still wanted paths. They'd follow him lol. When it gets a couple feet high, they still come out as long as there are paths.

Hahahaha so cute - yea mine will do that also if I throw old horse bedding and such on the snow.
