Yep, 1st time since they have been keeping records that we have had triple digit temperatures in May.

World weather is definatly changing - we have always had warm Summers - a 40C Christmas day is nothing unusual. But when 7 out of 10 days through December, then the same in January are over 44/45 that is not normal.
To make it worse we are now doing the it is Winter in 11 days time and no Autumn rain has come - though they say it will be here Friday.

8C (46f), it was 6C when I was up at 4am; overcast, rain and lots of it on the way for the rest of the week.

We had a glorious sunrise this morning at 5:30am, the sky was ablaze with orange, peach and pink. We have a saying here:

“Red sky in the morning sailors take warning”

Feast or famine with regards to the weather these days.

Last time I worked in the far north (think - Boreal forest way up north) the winter was so mild, temps around -2C. And there was about 10” of snow.

That is crazy for up there, and that summer the wildfires were ferocious.

Currently here it is 11C (52f) and overcast. Temps right now should be around 20C, but it’s been rather chilly this Spring.
