At first I thought this was a short woman wearing black pants and a black and white puffer coat facing a small pyramid and I was quite intrigued, then I realized I just need to get some sleep.

I can totally see the woman in a puffer jacket. There is a painted hydrant by a crossing that I pass each day, I swear it is a child in a hat.
