It's the same way here when we go from winter to summer, just a matter of a few days to a few hours! We have had snow, thunderstorms with tornadoes and hail to a picture perfect 95° summer day all within the same week!

Currently under a Snow Squall Warning - yay…. I hate snow!

Steady at -5C snow here has stopped for now the streamer over my area is still rather disorganized. Hope it stays that way!

I see the one snow streamer reaching as far as Pennsylvania from
Lake Huron! Not sure if it’s still snow or if it’s rain down there…

I hate cold, snow, ice storms, etc. that's why I moved from North Texas to South Texas and the first winter I moved here we had a 13" snow storm....thank goodness, it's rare to have snow in South Texas.

62°, clear, and 21% humidity at midnight. High of 89°. Y'all have snow and we're still putting ice in the chicken waterers midday and taking bottles of ice water for ourselves when we work outside.

Chicken delights today are tuna, rice, and kale.

As it goes with spring, there has been a bug explosion: flies, mosquitos, gnats, bees, and wasps are everywhere. They make it hard to work outdoors. I get swarmed every time I go outside.

Also, some dark little furry critter has been zipping around our yard like an Olympic ice skater. The hens have seen it, too. Not sure if it's a mouse with an unusually dark pelage or maybe a young vole.

Either way we're getting some KFC tomorrow and setting traps.
