What's wrong with my chick?

That is so sweet of you to say.no one understands how I feel about the death of my chick but you.thats so nice that it almost made me cry:hugs
You are very welcome!! :hugs
Thanks for the information but I'm just a kid so I can't get a light
have you tried asking a parent/ guardian? If they say no, you can use a heating pad if you have one. or if you can't do either, you could probably use a hot water bottle and heat it up a few times a day to keep them warm.

Thank you very much for telling me this I do have a water bottle thank you so much my chicks are saved:bow:bow
Your welcome! If you use this though you should try to heat it up several times a day and cover it with a blanket or old towel to retain heat. And if you get the chance later, you should probably see if you can get your hands on a heating lamp for a few weeks because it gives more, more consistent, and more accurate temperature. The hot water bottle is probably best used as a short term thing, unless it's your only option.

If you can find a 100 watt incandescent light bulb in a lamp around your house, you know, the old fashioned kind of bulb that puts out heat, it will usually put out enough heat for baby chicks. You might have to play with the height until you get it right.
