What's your favorite dog breed?

Lhasa Apsos are my favorite. Bull Dogs are second.

Rough-coat Collies are my favorite, but they are hard to find around here, so I don't have one.

I probably will never have another large dog, but hopefully I will get a Papillon in the near future.

Finally my favorite was mentioned by LyonFuzz. The Doberman Pinscher! I've had 5 so far & probably more to come. Right now I have 7 dogs, so I'm full!

I'm a fan of BIG dogs- Newfies, Bernese Mountain dogs, St. Bernards, Irish wolfhounds, wolf hybrids. I am drawn to all the giant breeds. As I get older, I still love those breeds, but I don't love the orthopedic problems and short life spans that go with them. Consequently, I have found myself getting smaller and smaller dogs with each new dog we get. I will never own a small dog, but I don't think I'll get another giant either.

yeah same here...hoping that my berner border mix has a longer lifespan than pure berner. Miss my rottie so much she was awesome. But I havent ever had what I'd call a BIG dog. lol. some day some day.
