Your list seems a bit short !! The American Kennel Club recognizes 164 individual breeds. In addition, AKC maintains foundation registration records at least 50 more. Then there are additional breeds recognized by other independent registries. My personal favorites are the Pembroke Welsh Corgi and Belgian Tervuren.
