I'm currently horseless. I haven't scanned in any photos, but my last was "Bon Marche" (basically means "good deal"). I paid $1,500- for him, and he was amazing. His registered name was "Mister Warmth," Don Rickles nickname.

Equus? No horse to show? You poor thing

After 2 years of browsing online, looking at off the race track thoroughbreds and gaited horses, I decided on a nice smooth ride. I found 50 horses on line and kept narrowing it down. She was one of my 3 last picks. The first one was sold, the second one was sold. She was sold, but the seller decided she wouldn't be good for an older man, and offered him a bit older horse. Prisma was 3 1/2. So I got her thru the internet. By the time the horse van pulled up, I would have taken anything that came off that truck! Lucky for me she was beautiful, young but had a nice temperment. My horse before her was a grade gelding who was put down at the age of 37. He was not thriving anymore, not eating or moving. It was time. He was a wonderful horse. We won lots of ribbons when he was in his 20's.

I don't have any photos uploaded anywhere and with dialup I ain't gonna try doing it either (photobucket HATES me and my modem connection, and my rather-outdated computer hates photobucket, which is why I seldom post pictures of anything

)

But, I have an older TB named Berto (Umberto), a retired Lipizzaner-Morgan-Arab cross named Magnus, and a not-especially-old-but-basically-unused TB named Archie (Deans Alert -- who comes up with these names??

)

2 Quarter Horses (Mare and Yearling) -- Billy and Junior

2 Foxtrotters -- Elvis and Annie

1 Arab/Appaloosa -- Whiskey

1 BLM Mustang - Broke to Ride and Drive - Elky

And I dont know if he counts, but heres Gonzo, the Mini Mule....

I just have one girlie, Rosie, a Peruvian Paso.

She's a sweet girl but lonely, she loves to be around other horses, for a couple of years I've been thinking of finding her a new home with other horses and folks to fuss over her lots. We did get her a goat for company, its a love hate relationship

We had her in California in a boarding facility - she loved it there, also no snow there poor girl!
