When Can I See Babies When I Candle?

Hi I have done Like 3 sets of hatches last spring - I have bad memory-

So ha day do you start to see the little ones I cant remember..... I think I am at 1 day....

Depending on the egg color I sometimes see them on day 3 but its day 5 that its usually pretty definite. Most recommend waiting til day 10.

I usually do my first candle at day 7 and have always been able to see something, even with dark eggs, but we had to use a slide projector for the dark ones.

you can see the first signs of veis at 3-5 days.

Agree, with everyone else. Depending on the eggs I have seen development as early as 3 days and as late as 8 days. I don't toss out any until day 10-12 just to be safe. Best of luck!
