When did your chickens begin laying eggs?

As of today they are now 23/26 weeks old. Still no eggs but much more vocal and 2 are doing the egg squat. Can't help thinking the "A watched pot never boils" LOL

Just got our first one 4 days ago! We've had one every day since. Same girl ( Silver laced Wyondotte sp?). Now the EE is squatting so she is probably next. The top chicken is going to be last... strange. She is an Austalorph and she is bigger and thicker.

my white leghorn just started laying with 2 rhode island reds i have a flock of 12 the three pullets started laying about 4 to 6 mouths of age do you let them free rang you may just cant find them yet they are very creative with where they put there eggs :p:)

4 sexed Barred Rock pullets will be 24 weeks old on Thursday July 27th. They were purchased from Tractor Supply as day old, all at the same time. One looked a little different than the others, even more so now. (see picture) Her name is Silver Queen. Today she laid her 26th egg in 30 days. The flock includes 3 Buff Orpingtons, 2 weeks younger. Silver Queen is the only one that has laid any eggs. I'm wondering if I have 6 transgender chickens? :) From what I have read here they should all be laying.

I have a question. I have 4 chickens. This Thursday, they will be 20 weeks. However they seem a little small for their age. I have 1 EE, 1 Austra White, and 2 Sex Links( however I think that one is a RIR because of her coloring. When should I be expecting eggs? A couple of them have started to practice their vocals and have become quite loud but none of them have started squatting. I am leaving for Utah tomorrow, so I hope they don't lay while I'm gone (cause then Ill miss the first egg:() I also still need to put in dividers for the nesting boxes and some straw.

She definitely looks different. Almost like she's not a Barred Rock!

I have 3 females, all 21 weeks.
Barred Rock - No eggs yet
Buff Orpington - No eggs yet
Rhode Island Red - First egg yesterday!
