When do you butcher ducks

Hello,
I have the following duck species and I am wondering if I should butcher them at 16 weeks, or earlier, or later. The goal is to have delicious tender meat, of course.

- Rouen
- Duclair
- Blue Swedish
- Silver Appleyards
- Saxony
