I'm not sure how big your run is, but can you section off a corner for them in the daytime? We put our littles in this mini run in the morning and then had a dog crate set up in the coop at night. We moved them between the two locations for about 2 weeks before trying to fully integrate (one hen was more resistant to new additions, so we waited until she stopped trying to peck them through the fence).
