When to assist?!

this is my first hatch, and I have had a lot of issues. I’m on day 23 and two of my eggs have internally pipped 12 hours ago and are breathing and chirping but otherwise not moving. I’m worried they may be malpositioned? I did a lot of thinking and researching and decided to make a safety hole in one to check on it and see if it needed help. The membrane is white and looks papery and crinkled but it also has small veins in it? Does this mean it’s not ready? What do I do?! Anything?

I'd say leave it alone at this point. Still moving and chirping. Coconut oil on the exposed membrane will show you veins very clearly and keep it from drying out.
Make sure your temp is good, low temp will delay hatch.
Keep humidity high at this late stage.
LEAVE THEM ALONE FOR 24HRS.

Hmmm..Well you will need to puncture a tiny hole in the membrane and if it wasn't in the air cell it's chances are slim. Definitely oil the membrane and wait. As for the others don't do anything and wait..
