When will she give birth

That's a good idea. Then they would all get to the vet and get fixed. I just worry about getting in trouble somehow.
I wonder if you could then legally adopt her and/or the puppies.
The humane society is totally what this is for! They will never tell the owner who dropped it, and can get the dog the care it needs. @JadeFarms, why can you take her to the humane society?

Well they beat them with a stick if they do something they don’t want them to.
That’s physical animal abuse. That is entirely not ok. If your parents know about this, then they should not be afraid to help you take action. These people do not deserve to own animals, they cannot take care of them, they do not even try.

So I've read though all of this, and I just wanted to point out in case OP got scared, that unless the dog's mother is related to the dog's father, she shouldn't really have to worry about inbreeding. While breeding to full siblings isn't a good idea, once in the bloodline is unlikely to cause too many problems

No I can’t bring her anywhere
Why not? I fully understand that your parents don’t want to do that, but I feel like if you are over 16/have your license you should drive her over, and explain to the HS what the situation is like. They will try to work on it for you, they can help the mother if it is a difficult birth, and treat puppies who are born with possible defects from inbreeding. They will also be able to spay and neuter the mother and litter when it is time. If you can’t drive, I understand. Your parents are afraid to take action, but I think that if you can manage to have your friend and their parents help like you said, that you can really improve the lives of these dogs.

You are doing all the right things trying to help, keep doing what your doing.

OP says that the dog was bred by two fathers. That means that some of the puppies may be less developed when they are born. That can cause issues, underdeveloped, inbred puppies, don’t always have a chance of survival/have a bad future for their health. Any form of inbreeding is not safe, a first generation inbred litter is not as affected, but there are still issues that are going to come up.

I've interbred animals on my farm for years to enhance features and haven't had issues for them. Sister to brother isn't a good idea, but once is uusually safe in my experience if the parents are unrelated.

Though I did miss the part about being bred twice. I didn't think dogs could do that. I thought only rabbits could have two seperate aged litters internally
