What do you mean by Golden Buff? Like Buff Orpington? Sorry for the momentary confusion.

I'm clueless on what the Ayem Cemanis are like. The Araucana I'm assuming is similar to the Ameraucana... On the Mediterranean breeds and the rest, I'd go with none if you're looking for a friendly bird. Those birds are all flighty- panicky, so none is going to be your hang around pet without a lot of work put into them, and even then they might not.

For a lightweight friendly bird, you're probably going to come short on the majority of the breeds. The lighter they are, the flightier they are. Then you get the Mediterranean birds and you're really getting nothing. I think it's best for you to choose a breed that's actually known to be friendly if you want that pet quality bird, and the best way to probably find one is to look at what a lot of your backyard farmers are keeping.

If the Golden Buff is a RSL, then they will be the friendliest. Most RSLs are naturally friendly toward people with little to no work in getting them that way. That bird you shared above, looks like a Buff Cochin, which is also a friendly breed, but will need some work put into them like your average friendly chicken.
Well we bought some from Meyer hatchery
Can you show a picture of your birds?
