Maisy rolled in something dead yesterday and stank to high heaven. I put up with it for a while, hoping that was a little passage of time it wouldn't be too bad. But she was rank! The whole mud room was ... That's where she sleeps at night.

I never understood why things like pizza and orange were feminine.

I have no idea either. Who even picked which words were going to be masculine or feminine, and how did they decide? Did they just flip a coin or something?

We didn't and most of us dont.

Oh my gosh. My dog is a short-haired mutt. I can't imagine trying to wash a Malamute or anything with long fur.

oh so cute!!! My girlie isn't super long haired, but the fur still finds it way onto every thing

Sounds divine.
We went to Menards yesterday and they had another Japanese maple tree.
If they were cheaper I would line my whole driveway with them.
