This may seem like a silly question when you see my chickens and which breeds I am discussing here.

Buff Orpingtons, Polish (unsure if bantam or large fowl), and an Easter Egger.

This afternoon’s egg haul. The brown ones are my SGs. Bottom one is my 1yo KC duck’s. Top white egg is the one in question.

I’ve seen a couple tiny white eggs that I presumed were from my Polish. I’ve seen only two or three light blue teal tinted eggs from my EE one being tiny and the other like a pekin duck egg size. But none in about a month since.

I’ve been getting these large white eggs with the pointy end having a funny rough texture. I thought it was from my Buff Orpingtons but I was sure they were starting to lay cream tinted eggs because we had a few over about a week then they disappeared and I started seeing these white eggs. I check for eggs several times a day because we have a hen egg pecker and a duck hen that is constantly broody.

This pic of eggs is from yesterday. Sorry about my hands. I have chronic eczema.

I can’t see the comb or wattles on my bearded polish.

Just as I was writing this post I, for the first time, saw my cockerel attempt to mate my white crested blue polish- and he was successful. Her comb and wattles are quite pink.

All chickens in question are the same age. We picked them up together and they were all similarly sized though the polish were a tad smaller. They are all 26 weeks old.

Do you think the white eggs are from my Orpingtons? I can’t imagine them coming from my much smaller Polish. lol. Maybe my EE.

Here is my less developed Orp:
