which is a better pet duck? rouen or cayuga?

Imwant to get a rouen but I heard the hens are noisy and because I can only get two I dont know if I have another option. I know that cayugas are quiet and beautiful but I want to know if they are nice or if they will want to be friendly with me. I plan in getting ducklings but I dont know if that matters cause ive heard that sometimes it doesnt make a diffrence.

Welcome to BYC. Most duck hens (other than muscovies) can be noisy at times. Any ducks treated kindly and handled frequently will become friendly.

Ive heard a lot about moscovies but one site told me they can be agressive so I stayed away. Is that true?
