Tiffany and Don and everyone else that was nice enough to respond to my post and is sitting back awaiting my answer as to how many white orpingtons I ordered, drum roll please..... I ordered 2 roosters and 6 pullets. woohoo!!! Eggs and or chicks for EVERYONE!!!! next year though. hehe!!
I also ordered 6 blue andaluscians 2 roos,4hens and I got 6 silver leghorns 2 and 4 again and I got 8 buff orpingtons 2 and 6 of those. I have solid black leghorns now, 1 male and 2 hens, they are about 8 months old now, so I should get eggs soon i think.
The silvers and the blacks should make some cool looking offspring if mated next year. I guess time will tell.
Tiffany, you are so nice, what a nice offer that was. I would sooo appreciate any orps you hatch out for me, that is soo awesome, thanks soo much!!

Looks like you are going to be having some fun with all those babies! I will be too, I have an order from MM due to ship the week of Feb. 25...

You are going to like the Blue Andalusians...I have 2 hens from MM and I love them...Mine have a lot of personality. One is such a clown; she is always pulling on my shirt. I don’t even have to look I know who it is.

Red, Funny you say that about your blues....mine are opposite! They are brats!!! Picking and pushy and even though they are smaller they wesel everyone around!!!

Guess that is a lot of personality though! I do enjoy watching them though. THey are like the teenagers of the bunch.

From what I heard from my friend, she bought 24 of those White Orps and majority ended up being White Rocks, she was definately not happy about that! That is why I am hestiating about getting some White Orps. What the color of your White Orps legs?????
