Who Doesn't pay any Income Tax

this is sorta off topic, but we just got a letter in the mail yesterday from the IRS them saying they owe us 1068.......they do not owe us 1068....but I talked to my tax advisor and she said to wait until the check comes and if it's for 100+ that they may owe us that, but if it's for 1068 to call them and tell them that its not ours to take. This isnt the first time the IRS tried paying us after we already got our money back... my tax advisor said this is only the second time she's seen it happen in 10 years she's been a tax person. It's kind of annoying. Would be nice to just take the money, but it's not ours to take and even if we were careless and just took it, IRS would find out eventually of their error and it'd be bad lol.

So you guys don't pay any sales tax on cars, boats, cigarettes, alcohol or gas either?

Cigarette prices are a killer. Newports are between 4-5 $. Not sure about the rest , but gas in our town is between1.80$ and 1.90$ regular.
Houses are dirt cheap here. You can get a 3BR on a double lot for less than 55.000$. But crime is high and work is hart to come by. The WEst Side is prettygood though.

I think the airline pilot who landed the 737 I was on don't get pay what he should. To me them guys and gals do a great job. Fly in at DFW there are planes everywhere in the air. also the air traffic controller need more too!!!
