Your best bet would be bearspray last year a guy got charged and shot it in the face with a 300 ultra mag and it still messed him up the only reason he's not dead was because it couldn't use its teeth.the bear lived

Holy crap, dang nature, YOU SCARY.
I'll be sure to purchase bear spray if I ever head to Bear territory

Yep need bear spray luckily i haven't ran into a grizzly yet.

I wouldn't trust bear spray! Only a gun! My parents go hunting in Alaska for moose and where they hunt is filled with grizzly. Last year they had one come into camp and was walking a few feet from the tent. It was close enough they could hear the thuds when it stepped and it panting.
They were only in a tent and are 90 miles out of town. They were waiting with the gun and flashlight incase it did anything. After it walked a bit farther away my dad opened the tent to see where it was and it ran off. While all this was going there were some incredible northern lights. My dad came running back in and told my mom. She was going to go out and take pictures but my dad said he was not sure where the bear went. Lol

If u don't place many shots perfectly ur dead bearspray is way more effective.
