In the fall is snagging season and I love it, carp are a good challenge for me. The rest of the year is just whatever bites the hook

I have never went snagging before but might try this fall for kokannee salmon

My biggest carp was a 25lb bighead out of the Missouri. I got it by accident while using a jig. I've snagged larger, but funny enough they didn't stay on the snag hook like the one did on a jig lol!

Dang that's big the biggest fish I've caught only weighed about 6 pounds and was a pike

Dang that Pike looks nice! I have only caught one of those, it was dying so I was too busy nursing it back into the water to weigh it. I know it was under the limit though. A very fun catch though! Do you get Muskies ever?

I buy the 3 or 5 year licenses if I can afford it. Then I don't feel so guilty about doing my projects instead of fishing. Plus, the way they raise annual licences here it's actually cheaper. This is my last year on the 3 year. Next year I'm saving for the 5.
What's the biggest bass you caught? Ive never Had luck with them haha!
